Shipping Expectations:
ChurchMultimedia does not stock all equipment listed on our website. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding equipment availability and delivery time frame. Most product will ship within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Back Order Items:
ChurchMultimedia will contact you immediately if the product you order is on back-order. ChurchMultimedia will ship available products immediately. Any product order remaining on back-order more than 30 days will be cancelled with a full refund of that product purchase price to the buyer.
Shipping Charges:
Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel's weight and destination. Value is also considered for insurance purposes only. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels from multiple locations.
Shipping Rules & Policies:
- ChurchMultimedia will ship to your home, your place of business.
- We cannot ship to any of these locations: hotels, motels and resorts.
- Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
Please be aware that shipments via UPS are significantly faster, are easily traced should they go astray, and have a guaranteed delivery time.
If a return applies and has been approved by CMM:
- To return an item you must call ChurchMultimedia at 888-777-2204 x0 or email dvaldez@churchmultimedia.com to obtain an RMA number.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the return label.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Rules:
- All returned items must be in brand new/unused condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
No Return:
- All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped
- Any computers, screens, camera, distribution equipment or other items directly shipped from vendor.
