March 13 and 14th of this year we installed the Video system sold to us by Churchmultimedia with Installation Assistance at Alliance Bible Church. I want to take this opportunity to tell you what a great job Ken Church did in overseeing as well as assisting in this project. He was highly knowledgeable and not afraid to jump in and help even though we were to do the install with only his direction. I believe he went above and beyond our expectations. The system is functioning very well and we are quite pleased with the system. Thank you for assigning Ken to our project. I believe in today’s spectrum of employees, Ken stands head and shoulders above many in the field. He is to be commended for his quality work and desire to be thorough.

And it is done.
The system has been in use for two Sundays now. On the other hand, the room changes are nowhere near done.
Between changing to a projector/screen that can now be seen clearly, and using a good program and good background material, everyone has been more than pleased. The system is truly an aid to the worship service rather than cause to squint. The vivid pictures and clear text have been impressive to all.
And there is nothing like a successful system procurement, install, and commissioning to give someone some "political hay" to use when making the changes on the next system - The Sound System.
For my second time, Church Multimedia has done a good job of providing good equipment and guidance that resulted in a system that worked for the budget and the membership. Thanks.

We do appreciate your follow-up. We are using and really appreciate the equipment that we have received from you. It all seems to be working quite fine. In fact, it is really very simple to operate and understand. Several people within the fellowship are able to operate or facilitate the programs. Many of the newer people within the area have commented on the fact that a smaller church like ours has taken the step to have our service contain such a modern and up to date presentation of both music and multimedia arts.

I set up the Projection Unit to show a short intro and clip of the Passion Of the Christ film, this past Sunday!! Didn't have the Screen yet, so I just shot it on the wall.
We had stepped out on faith and purchased an entire Theater's (1 Screen) showing - our average attendance on Sunday AM is 65, so for us to purchase 150 tickets involves "vision" BUT with the help of your "vision" equipment, we SOLD OUT at the end of the Service!!
The Dukane's 2200 Lumens were brilliant with rich color!!! This is a tremendous tool - thank you for your vision of a company catering to us small churches and helping us come into the 21st Century!!!

I appreciate your follow-up it's more proof/evidence of the quality of Church Multimedia! We did receive everything and all is working great. You saved us thousands and a whole lot of time. I wish you were our first call - you were our last. Your advice was accurate, specific to our needs not your quota; your price was fair - less than you could have charged, the equipment was adequate - not overkill; you didn't "hassle" us but you responded to our questions, calls, requests; the warranty is good, and now AFTER THE SALE you are confident enough to ask "how things are going?".
I pray that according to your faithfulness and the integrity of your hearts, that you prosper exceedingly and abundantly!

I was just thinking the other day that I should touch base with you folks and let you know how things were going.
In a nutshell, WE LOVE IT!
We debuted the system at our Praise Service on July 27th (the last Sunday night of each month we do nothing but sing praise & worship songs and share testimonies). We used the system for the words to our praise songs and dedicated the system that night as a "worship tool... a worship instrument". It was amazing to see that people got into worship all the more with just a change in how the songs are displayed. The following Thursday, we began using the system to present sermon points and began our mid-week service by showing a music video loop.
I showed a picture/music show of scenes from our Summer mission trip last Sunday night. And we are working on developing an announcements loop for showing before services.
Our senior pastor was amazed at the clarity and contrast of the system. He has some vision trouble and was having a lot of difficulty seeing the overheads we were using for worship. With our new system he has no trouble reading the words to the songs.
We've found that even the "worst" places to view the screens are not bad at all. We were a little concerned that since our screens are to the sides people in the front-middle of the sanctuary would have trouble seeing the screen. But the viewing angle of the screen is so wide that it's not a problem at all.
All feedback from the congregation has been VERY positive. Everyone is really enjoying the system and is amazed by the flexibility/versatility/capability.
We found the system very easy to install, setup, and run. The manual you provided made things go very smooth.
